Established in 1996, with a registered capital of RMB195.84 million now, Hengbao has grown into a comprehensive enterprise with R&D, Sales and Service after ten years of development.
It is headquartered in Beijing Financial Street, and has subsidiaris and brance offices around China and the world. Hengbao was listed in China ShenZhen Stock Exchange in 2007 (code: 002104).

As a leader in local smart card industry, Hengbao has complete capacity and ability from R&D, card embedding, personalization, module assemblage to printing and packaging. Its products cover from classical cards such as banking magnetic cards, prepaid scratch cards, to smart cards including EMV/ Visa and EMV/ Master Card for EMV migration, SIM and UIM for wireless operators.

Hengbao has established an integrated sales, marketing and customer service system. Its concept of customer-oriented, technology guiding market has fully exploited the market and realized its company slogan pursuing Excellence.

	2007	The Jiangsu Hengbao Co., Ltd has changed the name into HENGBAO CO., LTD in October 19, 2007. The stock code and name, office address, and contact number maintain unchanged.
	2007	Hengbao to participate InfoCom Moscow 2007.
	2007	Hengbao to participate 19th MasterCard's Annual Asia/Pacific Fraud Conference and Vendor Conference in Bangkok, Thailand.
	2007	Hengbao was listed in China Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002104).
	2006	The headquarter moved to Beijing Financial Street .
	2005	Established Jiangsu Hengbao RFID Technology Co., Ltd.
	2005	Designated as taxation IC card provider by State Administration of Taxation.
	2004	Established Jiangsu Hengbao Software Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Hengbao Information Technology Co., Ltd.
	2003	Re-designated as card provider by Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Communications Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank of China, China Mobile, China Telecom, China Unicom, CNC, China Railcom, etc.
	2002	Crowned with Jiangsu Software Enterprise
	2001	Set up University of Posts and Hengbao Smart Card R&D Centre with Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
	2001	Conferred with Chip Arithmometer Patent .
	2000	Crowned with Jiangsu High-technique Enterprise.
	1999	Renamed as Jiangsu Hengbao Industry Co.,Ltd. and successfully entered into card industry field.
	1999	Established Jiangsu Xiandai Security Print Co., Ltd.
